Scale adds round-robin lead assignment, a 6-touch automated follow-up sequence, review-generation automation, manager controls, speed-to-lead tracking, and priority support.
- Are there any setup fees?
- Every plan includes a flat $49 one-time setup fee — that covers getting your account configured and the estimator embedded on your site. After that it's just your monthly (or annual) plan. Need a complete website built and hosted for you? Reach out via our contact page and we'll scope and quote it on a quick call.
- Can I change plans later?
- Yes — upgrade anytime and it takes effect immediately. Downgrades apply at the end of your current billing period so you keep access to features you've already paid for.
- Do homeowners see exact prices or ranges?
- You choose — show a price range, a starting-at price, or an exact estimate. Ranges are recommended to reduce sticker shock and set expectations before a site visit.
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes. Cancel from your dashboard in one click. We don't lock you into contracts. If you cancel mid-cycle, you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
