By accessing or using InstaQuote Pro, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
2. Use of Service
InstaQuote Pro provides online estimating tools and CRM features for contractors. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
3. Estimate Accuracy
Estimates generated by InstaQuote Pro are ballpark figures intended to qualify leads and set homeowner expectations. They are not binding quotes. Final pricing is subject to on-site assessment by the contractor.
4. Subscription and Billing
Paid plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of InstaQuote Pro are owned by InstaQuote Pro and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
InstaQuote Pro is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
